The Moral Lessons of the Short Story "Sinigang" and its Impact to Me as a 21st Century Learner   The short story Sinigang, written by Marby Villaceran in 2001, tells the story of Liza, the main character, dealing with the issue of her father's extramarital affair with Sylvia,and consequently had a son named Lem.     The idea that can be drawn from the story "Sinigang" is that people are prone to making mistakes in their lives. There are some little errors, but they are frequently severe errors but in the end, you must be humble enough to own your mistakes and ask for forgiveness.    The story demonstrates wonderful moral principles, despite how difficult it is in reality, and the lesson I take away from it is that we all make mistakes when we do stupid things. If we can forgive others, we can learn to forgive ourselves in self-guilt circumstances as well and the story also teach us the value of having a firm foundation amongst family members, respect...
